General Qualifications
What you need to qualify for the first stage of the recruitment process
- Recent Saudi Graduates: Graduated between 2022 & 2024
- Work Experience: Maximum of 2 years
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
- Age: Between 22 & 27 years old.

Academic Performance:
- For All Tracks: graduated with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.4/4 - 4.25/5
- For Education Track: graduated with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5/4 - 4.5/5
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
- Application Materials: A professional English resume is required.

Recruitment Stages
All Tracks Recruitment Stages (Except Education Track)
The form includes the general information required & submission of relevant documents.
Qualified applicants will be required to submit a video to introduce themselves & answer some questions to move to the next stage.
Recruiters will assess video submission & will invite you to conduct an online zoom interview.
A full day at KAUST to conduct a presentation in front of the panel & tour of the campus (Week of July 14th)
Accepted applicants will receive directions on the relocation & onboarding process (Week of August 20).
Education Track Recruitment Stages
The form includes the general information required & submission of relevant documents. Application open (21 April – 4 May)
Qualified applicants will be required to submit a video to introduce themselves & answer some questions to move to the next stage. To view a sample of the video submission, please click here
Recruiters will assess the submission form with the department managers
A zoom panel interview with the school representatives (week of May 12)
An opportunity to explore a day of an Elevate Education trainee at the KAUST Schools (week of May 26)
